Diva, Fashionista, Fabulous & Resplendent are words that are used to describe Carrie Rice. For over 30 years she has worked in the fashion industry from retail sales for Macy’s to an Assistant Manager for The Answer (Charming Shoppes). Styling customers was her specialty! If you had a body, she styled it!!!
In 2006, Carrie opened her own clothing boutique; Carrie’s Closet in Lynbrook, NY and her headquarters are now located in Baltimore, MD. She is presently celebrating her 16th Anniversary as an entrepreneur! In 2013, she launched her own clothing line in New York and Atlanta! In 2014, she was featured and later joined Trendsetter to Trendsetter Magazine as a Contributing Writer.
In 2015, Carrie rebranded to Carrie’s Couture. She now specializes in both virtual and in-person styling on a regular basis in addition to selling fabulous fashion. She has clients nationwide that call in for styling tips and ideas for everything from the Red Carpet to Pageantry to CD covers to Off Broadway performances. Carrie is extremely passionate about her gifts! Her extensive knowledge and passion for fashion is simply incredible!
In March, 2018 Carrie had her styling debut “Spring Soiree in Harlem” at Ashley Stewart’s Flagship store. She was later featured in the New York Amsterdam News by renowned Fashion & Beauty Editor, Renee Minus White.
In June 2018, Carrie wrote and published “Don’t Wait Another Minute To Be Fabulous!! A Styling Guide To Fabulousity which is available on Amazon and other distribution channels.
Carrie has broadened her horizons and worked in the filming industry. She was the Wardrobe Stylist for the upcoming movie ‘I Wish I Never Met You”.

This two hour workshop will be live on Facebook on the Don’t Wait Another Minute To Be Fabulous Workshop Group. We will discuss bras, panties, body-shapers, undergarments, body types, etc. Join this after work fabulousness. If you can’t make the date or time, the live video will be saved for the entire month of March to view and your leisure. Once registered, you will receive the link to the group via email. You and I will have an in person or virtual consultation via Zoom (Due to the pandemic) for a one hour session discussing your styling basics.

You and I will go through every piece of clothing in your closet, from shirts to shoes to jewelry! We will decide what you should keep, toss, donate or sell.
Once we decide what stays and what goes, I can start on your fresh new look. I’ll show you new ways to make your existing wardrobe work for you!
I will create a list of essential pieces that you will need to maximize your current wardrobe. You can purchase them over time, and I will carefully stay in line with your lifestyle and your budget! If you would like me to do the shopping, please see shopping rates below.
Parting is such sweet sorrow! After your consultation, we can arrange a date for the charity of your choice to come and pick up the donate items we have carefully chosen. Short and sweet.

2 hours for an average sized closet. Larger walk-in closets will be charged additional fees based on the size.
Each additional hour, over 2 hours, is an additional fee of $100 per hour.

I will do all the work without you having to step one foot in the mall! Your new clothes will be delivered to your doorstep if you are local and a personal fitting takes place in the comfort of your own home. If you are using my virtual services, your garments will be shipped to your doorstep. Returns and exchanges are included in the price!
